Adytum Nyx

Adytum Nyx specializes in entertainment and performing arts, working with and for queer, Baltimore and DMV-based artists to showcase work and create community.

We produce large and small-scale entertainment events, from performance workshops to drag showcase extravaganzas. Our team includes members of the Baltimore drag community, upcoming local venue owners, and seasoned theatrical performers.

Release the Beast

Release the Beast was our Halloween Spectacular. Occurring on October 21, 2023, this incredible event was hosted at VisionHouse and featured the following artists: Lydia Ethem, Lu Brewer, Kailyn Williams, Non-Violet, MiSTER SiSTER, Maxxeen the Latex Concubine, Eden Out, Max Mayhem, Cher Rub, Tink, Beth Amphetamine, and Oberon the Demon. There were specialty drinks, tarot readings, a costume contest, original artwork and a fantastic showcase of local drag.

Freak Mode

Release the Beast was our first ever ticketed event. Occurring on August 29th, 2023, this incredible event was hosted at Baltimore Sidedoor and featured a huge array of DMV talent. Starting with an arts market featuring vendors and creators, followed by an out-of-this-world show, from fire eaters to burlesque performers, this was a party for the ages.
